Smile Make over Beauty Tips

Smile Makeover is a popular term, today. Whether on TV or in the latest fashion magazine,
you’ll likely hear about the “life changing” effects of a person’s smile makeover.
In terms of cosmetic, smile makeovers can typically correct most deficits in a person’s smile.
One popular esthetic dentistry technique used in smile makeovers is teeth whitening.
Although effective for adjusting tooth color, teeth whitening is not effective in accurate other possible dental absence.
When your teeth are white and clean, you feel better about yourself – which means people now feel good about being with you and you feel comfortable with your smile.
It is very common for a person to have a flake tooth; it happens most frequently
when we bite into something harder than the enamel on our teeth. Not only can a flake
tooth possibly affect our appearance, left untreated a chipped tooth can lead to future
 problems with the underlying root.

Some tips to keep your teeth white, clean and strong……..

• Avoid chewing extremely hard substances (e.g  ice, hard candy, etc.)
• Avoid foods that can stain your teeth (e.g  coffee, tea, wine, etc.)
• Go to your dentist regularly for check-ups
• Most dentists recommend cleaning your teeth at least twice a day
• Should it be necessary, your dentist should alert you of any special requirements your teeth might need

How kajal make us attractive

Every woman is unique and beautiful. At the same time, there is no woman lacking any defects of appearance. As for the face, the defects can be easily corrected with makeup and finally appear as beautiful. Every woman should know how to apply makeup so that it would emphasize her natural beauty and make her more gorgeous and at the same time would hide defects. Depending on the shape of your eyes choose different ways of applying eye makeup.

When evening calls for an attractive look, you want to focus on making your eyes amazing.

This is a thick, black, ointment, made of ground lead sulfide or antimony sulfide, which is used as an eye liner, a coolant, and protector against the ill eye.

Kajal has been used for centuries by women for its wonderful and medicinal qualities.

It is believed to treat the eye of disease.

When applied in makeup, good kajal sticks give a dreamy look to your eyes.

From the time a child is six days old, its mother applies kajal to its eyes and also a small black dot on the forehead to mar the child's beauty. This 'imperfection' is said to protect from evil.

Kajal can made at home

Kajal can be made at home by mixing the soot of an oil lamp with clarified butter, while commercially it is available in small boxes or as pencils

How to apply kajal

Kajal is applied with a fingertip on the inner edge of the lower eyelid and sometimes on the upper cap as well. Open your eyes and apply the kajal inside the eye, next to the lower lash line. When applied on the lower inner edge of the eye it can be started from the innermost corner or from the middle to the outer corner of the eye. Kajal is usually put on the lower edge of the eyes for the soft look.

If eye liner is applied over the kajal put on lower edge, it defines the eyes very well.
Length of applying Kajal.

Choose the length which suits you. You may wear kajal along the full length of the eye or even keep it shorter-3/4, 1/2 or 11/4 of the eye.

To make small eyes look bigger put only 1/2 length-starting from middle to the outer corner of eye.

- Learn some camouflage makeup tricks and buy its products to use on your big day.

- If you have combination skin, use water based foundation and a dry sponge.

- Hide the under eye circles by applying concealer. Blend it towards the nose and use downward strokes.

- Use light peach eye shadow as eyelid base.

- Choose lip liner that blends easily with lipstick for that soft glossy look that looks good in photographs too.

- Place the focus on the face either on eyes or on lip and underplay the other with neutral pink or brown shades.

Common Hair Problems and Its Solution

At some point in our life we've all had a hair condition that played destruction with our locks, so here we put together a guide for the most common hair conditions and what you can do about them.

Oily Hair:

Interestingly there is no such thing as oily hair. It's in fact your scalp that produces the oil from a gland that's called the sebaceous gland. This gland manufactures particular natural oil (sebum), which is essential to the repairs of a normal skin and hair condition.

Solution: You should consult with a skilled stylist for proper home hair care advice that includes the correct shampoo and conditioner.

Dry Hair:

Your hair can be dry for a number of reasons. Blow-drying is the big one. Swimming is another; the sun and wind can dry your hair out also.

Solution: Use the accurate shampoo. Dry hair and scalp require a normal to dry hair shampoo, usually cream or lotion-like in appearance. As well a proper acid balanced conditioner is essential.

Chemically Dry Hair:

Using any chemical in your hair has certain implications, one of them being a harmful effect on your hair's condition. All chemical changes require expert attention at all times. Even a minute of neglect may cause great harm to the hair.

Solution: Your hair has no power of self-repair, so once it is damaged, you will have to wait for new hair growth to restore the hair to its normal function. Even if your hair is not chemically damaged, it will require special care and attention to help keep it in good form.

Dandruff:

Dandruff is a condition of the scalp where abnormal numbers of scales from the outer epidermis are constantly being shed. These thin, powdery scales lodge in the hair and fall out onto the shoulders. There are different types of dandruff, which are quite general.
Common: dandruff may vary widely in appearance, but the most common type is that of a simple loss of dry, flat, epithelial scales. The scales are very difficult to remove by simple brushing or shampooing.
Oily Type: a more harsh case is that of the oily type which has a patchy, crusting form. These scales are much larger and yellowish in color. If the crust is lifted from the scalp, the skin underneath is reddened and inflamed. This type of dandruff is found very often on the scalp of young babies and is known as cradle cap.

Solution: It is very important that any dandruff problem is seen early and treated by a qualified person to avoid a worsening of the condition.

Split End:

At the ends or tips of the hair shaft the cuticle is often remove or broken away. The cortex is thus open to the drying effects of air, leading to frayed or split ends. There are many causes for the hair splitting, but all come down to one common cause. A lack of moisture in the hair shaft.
Solution: The hair needs to be trimmed as quickly as possible.

Irritation:

An irritated scalp is most likely the result of an allergic reaction. These signs can include tight sensitive scalp, itchy/sore scalp, some small white flaking (as a result of scratching), and in some cases, blistering of the skin. This is very different to dandruff disorders that are formed from things such as too much cell production, gland disorders, and bacterial infection.
Solution: The condition should be seen to as quickly as possible to avoid a worsening of the condition.

Alopecia:

Refers to a condition of premature baldness or excessive hair loss. The natural falling out of hair should not be confused with Alopecia. When hair has grown to its full length, it comes out by itself and is replaced by a new hair. In the case of Alopecia, hair loss does not come back unless special treatments are given to support hair growth. The main reasons responsible for Alopecia includes, poor circulation, lack of proper stimulation, improper diet, certain infectious skin diseases such as ringworm, or constitutional disorders. Alopecia can also be caused due to a health disorder such as anemia or by some sort of direct injury to the nervous system. Since the flow of blood is predisposed by the nervous system, the affected area is usually poorly nourished. There are different forms of Alopecia, the most common one being where the hair is falling out in round patches or spots. These areas of baldness can vary in size and shape from a few inches to 3 or 4 inches in diameter.
Solution: The treatment for Alopecia is mostly directed in the stimulation of the blood supply, and in energizing the hair papilla or hair bulb. This is mostly done externally with injections into the scalp with cortisone or other chemical enhances.

Take Care of your hands

A lot of us take care of our face, but neglect our hands. I thought I was doing a good job. I put SPF 45 on the back of my hands every day. I carry a little pot of Jurlique Rose Hand cream in my purse to put on my hands after I wash them.

But I have a habit that was undoing all my hard work – washing dishes without wearing gloves. I usually do just a few dishes at a time, and it was too much work to put them on for just a mug or a lunch plate. But I’m wearing them every single time, from now on.

The problem is that dishwashing liquid is alkaline, which is hard on the skin. The skin has a pH of between 4 and 6.5, which is slightly acidic. Dish washing liquid is extremely alkaline to dissolve grease and dirt. Unfortunately, that also strips your skin of its natural acid mantle, which is there to protect your skin. Harsh alkaline soaps age the skin.

It's not just dishwashing soaps. A lot of big brand soaps (Camay, Dial, Irish Spring, Ivory, Palmolive and Zest) are also very alkaline, with pHs that range between 9 and 10. Dove is the mildest, with a pH of 7.

It’s important to understand that a pH 8 soap is ten times more alkaline than a pH 7 soap. A pH 9 soap is ten times harsher than a pH 8 soap. So a pH ten soap is A THOUSAND TIMES MORE ALKALINE than pH 7.

To take care of your hands:

Wear a high SPF sunscreen on the backs of your hands every day, even in winter and on cloudy days
  • Wear gloves every time you wash dishes or handwash clothing
  • Use a mild pH soap like Dove when washing your hands
  • Put lotion on your hands after you wash them, every time!
  • Always wear gloves when you garden or do heavy housework
  • Wear gloves to protect your hands from cold weather.
  • Get manicures from reputable spas or nail salons that practice good sanitation.

Keep Your Hands Healthy

Wear sunscreen: Hands incur sun damage just like faces do.
- Exfoliate: Use a grainy scrub on backs of hands twice a week to expose glowing skin.
- Keep cuticles neat: Cuticles function as barriers to bacteria and fungus, but they can often overgrow. Use a wooden or metal cuticle pusher after a shower to keep them in line.
- Liberate tension: Most of us hold tension in our necks and shoulders, but we can also carry the stress of the day in our hands. Give yours a daily self-massage to keep them tension-free.

- Share facial treatments: Vitamin C, retinol, and alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids benefit the skin on our hands. Apply a bit of treatment whenever you use it on your face.
- Seal cuticle tears: Tiny hangnails and bitten edges can catch on almost anything, turning into deep tears and possibly leading to infection.

- Keep them covered: Covered them by applying a liquid bandage product as soon as tears develop.

- Keep nails short: Long talons tend to look garish, and invite breaks that can be painful. File nails to a quarter-inch above your fingertips.

- Give nails breathing room: Specialist suggests you take a one-week break from polish every month.
- Tap, tap, tap! Believe it or not, tapping your fingernails on a hard surface excites nail health and growth.
- Get a manicure: Sure, doing your own nails is economical and practical, but a professional manicure every two or three months is a welcome bit of pampering. What's more, pros can deal with tough problems like calluses and flaking cuticles better than you can at home.

Make Your Lips Hot

Attain perfect lip line:

After applying lipstick, put a bit of foundation on a concealer brush and follow around your lip line, erasing any blur.

When to use lip stains:

Only use lip stains when your lips are perfectly smooth and you don't have lines around the mouth. To get smooth lips, buff lips with a toothbrush dipped in a little water and sugar. Never rub too hard and always follow with a light balm before the stain.

Gloss without the goop:

Apply a great lipstick and then touch lightly a bit of gloss only on the inside of the fleshy part of the lower lip. All the shine, none of the mess.

For high drama:

After applying lipstick or gloss, put a touch of white sheer shimmer powder on the dip of the upper lip and right below the lower lip. Perfect for evening glance.

Wearing red:

To get that perfect red lip, evenly apply a pale flesh colored lip liner. Then rub a red lip stain on the lips. Follow with a moisturizing red lipstick. Dry formulas look cakey; super glossy ones slip right off. Avoid red lip-gloss as it gets messy fast.

Small lips:

Avoid wearing dark colors; they make lips look smaller. Do not draw on a big lip with lip liner. Instead choose light or bright shades of lipstick or gloss with shimmer that catches the light for an amplifying effect.

Big lips:

Stay away from glossing the whole lip. Apply a little in the center on top and bottom, and then blend with your fingertip across the lips for shine that doesn't overwhelm your face.

Whiter teeth:

Brush teeth with a little baking soda. Then choose lip colors in cool tones for an icy-white smile.

Liner ruins:

Never chooses a lip liner darker than your lipstick. If you like to use liner on the whole lip, use a balm first to avoid chunky, uneven, dry color.

Bleeding lipstick:

Line the lips with a pale flesh colored lip liner then fill with a moisture-rich lipstick with staying power. Avoid glosses as they tend to run.

Choosing the right shoe is essential

People who believe shoes are shoes are mistaken. The comfort and support that the shoe offers is important. In fact, wearing improper shoes can cause more then just sore toes.

Wearing a shoe that does not support or that is the wrong size can cause back pain and even spinal injury. The discomfort in the actually foot is minimal compared to the serious back pain it can lead to. Having a properly fitting shoe does not mean that you have to choose a shoe that ugly.

There are many choices for you in department stores, malls, shoe shops, and more. Trying on the shoe prior to buying it is important. Making sure the toes are not too tight but that the back fits properly are important parts. Is there support for the arch? If you are going to use the shoe for specific reasons, you will need a specific shoe?

For example, hiking boots are necessary when hiking. Their high tops help to support the ankles on the difficult ground. If you work in a restaurant, you may want to choose a shoe that is slip resistant.

Finding the right shoe will not only make your feet more comfortable, but it will keep you safe and secure. You can look good and be safe at the same time as shoes come in a variety of styles, shapes, and sizes. Most shoes are made to keep people safe while providing for comfort and style as well.

Be careful, though, when buying shoes that just don't fit right. Remember that an improperly fitted shoe can cause pain and injury. As long as you take that into consideration, you should be able to find many choices in shoes!

A Good Walking Shoe

It's amazing to see how many considerations there are when trying to find a good walking shoe, the best walking shoe to suit your needs, the variation in style in women's and men's walking shoes. You certainly have an assortment of colors and fabrics ranging from durable leather to casual looking material.

Remember while buying your walking shoes to keep the width and length of your foot in mind. Be aware if you're looking at a woman's shoe that it is indeed a woman's shoe and not a man's shoe. Basic elements to look for are breathability especially in leather, how many hours you intend to be in these walking shoes, and do you tend to sweat a lot. Good support and durability is important to keep in mind for both women and men. Will you need a fast drying shoe? Do you intend to walk in the rain or on a trail? Keep in mind what you will be wearing with the shoes. If you'll be using them on a daily basis you may not want the shoe to have a running shoe look. While searching for the best walking shoe to meet your needs, you may want to consider something in a lighter breathable leather, with more of a casual shoe look.

If you'll be doing your walking late in the day, get your shoe half a size larger than your foot size is earlier in the day or morning. Feet tend to swell late in the day. Also allow a quarter, to half an inch of wiggle room in front of your toes. Good luck in finding the nicest men's or women's, leather or sporty looking shoe to best suite your needs. The internet certainly offers you many choices.

7 Natural Tips for Beautiful and Clean Nails

The nail is made of a hard protein called keratin. A protein is one of the building blocks which make up the body. The nail care helps guard the ends of the fingers and toes from trauma and also help us pick up small objects.
Over the last hundred years, the nails have become more important for cosmetic reasons and less important for protection.

Manicuring is the care of the hands and nails. Basic manicuring should be done once a week. Every 4-6 weeks it is a good idea to seek the services of a professional manicure. A professional manicurist best knows how to keep your nails looking healthy and beautiful. Keeping your hands looking clean, feminine, and polished does not require weekly trips to the manicurist! Find easy nail care tips to get the perfect nails you have always wanted.
Grime
No need for grimy mitts. Just give your hands a scrub with mild soap and warm water before you go out, using a nailbrush to get the gunge out from under your nails. Oil on hands and under nails can be got rid of with a bit of cleansing agents.
Infections
If your nails go flaky and whitish or yellowish and separate slightly from the nail bed then it could be a nail fungus infection. Speak to your doctor, who can prescribe an anti-fungal paint to get rid of it. If you get hangnails or loose skin down the side of the nail, trim it off with sharp scissors to reduce the risk of the skin tearing or infections getting into the skin.

Nail Care Tips

- Wash hands with mild soap, using a nailbrush.
- Soak the hands in warm water for a few minutes to soften the cuticles.
- Very gently push back the cuticles if they are long and tattered.
- Trim the nails to the same length, cutting off any snaggy or spiky bits.
- File the ends of the nails to smooth them off.
- If your hands are dry, apply some hand cream
- Nail biting isn't exactly seductive, try anti-biting nail paint. Tastes absolutely disgusting, but will stop you putting your fingers in your mouth so often.

This Year's Makeup Style 2013

Make-Up Style
The trends in makeup for 2013 continue toward a more natural look. That is ideal for women who have already made the jump to mineral makeup or those who have moved away from the use of heavy foundations, instead using delicate translucent self-correcting powders. Even those who still choose to wear foundation are picking to spot conceal rather than lathering on a thick coat of makeup. The finish focus is matte and natural.
Blush, for this year, even more delicate than before, with some women opting for nothing more than neutral tones to highlight the cheekbones. Remaining blushes must be soft and feminine and make the skin appear to glow from the inside out.
While foundation and blush may be subtle, heavy focus is on the eyes or the lips; never both at the same time. Today's smart woman is choosing to accent the positive, whichever features that might be for her.
Eyeliner remains popular but some chose a brushed metallic or colorful option at the base of the lash lines and most powder or liquid. Eye lining pencils are going the way of the dinosaur.Neutral eye shadows in shades of taupe, bronze, and brown remain popular, but the younger woman - or the woman or who is just more naturally daring -will probably try layering bright colors along with the neutrals.
Eyebrows for 2013 are fuller and have a brushed, polished look. Lashes will be curled to the max. One of the hottest trends today is eyelash extensions. Every woman wants the longest lashes possible. With all of the amazing mascara options on the market today, there simply is no excuse for them.
Those who prefer to accent their lips have lots of colors to choose from. Red is backing once again but the neutral bare shades of pink and taupe remain popular as well. Again, the younger or more daring woman may even try one of the new hot pinks or bright oranges. However, today's woman has
done away with lined lips altogether in favor of a vivacious glossy sheen.
The fake spray-on tan look is also becoming old-fashioned as women opt for the more delicate sun-kissed look. The best bronzers on the market for 2013 mix a number of colors together to produce a natural looking "inner glow."
The modern woman is also cognizant of skin care, using moisturizers and skin creams that are made specifically for her type of skin. With all of the new anti-aging and wrinkle creams on the market, she can look a good ten years younger than her age, and that is exactly what she intends to do.
Today's woman is smart, sophisticated, and sassy and she is looking for those same qualities in her cosmetic line. Those that meet her demands continue to do well. Those that falter, however, may just be left by the wayside.

What's in, what's out | Shoe Tips

What's in. what's out
Sneakers are out of fashion. So are shoelaces. Polka dots and animal prints are this season's rage. Structured shoes with the Peter Pan look of early '50's is also popular. Italian heels are always popular as they blend in with both salwar kameez and western wear.

Slip-ons are all time favourites and comfortable for the feet. Stiletto boots with velvet lining are a rage in the North of India and Bangalore but have not gained much popularity in trendy Kochi. Retro pumps and kitten heels in denim embellished sequins and beads are also popular. So folks What's wrong with that? If it is alright to have many clothes, why not shoes, why the hypocrisy?"

Tips for Home made body Spa

Homemade Body Spa Recepies

Antiperspirants work by clogging, closing, or blocking the pores with powerful astringents -- such as aluminum salts -- so that they cannot release perspiration.  Many natural health care proponents argue against using aluminum because it accumulates in the brain.

Deodorants work by neutralizing the smell of the perspiration mixed with "body dust" (skin, hair and other bacterial goodies we carry around on ourselves all day), and by antiseptic action against that bacteria. Deodorants are more healthful because they don’t interfere with perspiration, a natural cooling process.

Here are a few simple recipes, which are fun to make because they can customized with your favorite scents.  We don't always have to smell "powder fresh" or "sunshine fresh."  I prefer ylang ylang, myself. -- Editor

Baking Soda:  Baking soda works wonders because it neutralizes the odor of sweat. Just sprinkle a light covering of baking soda onto a damp washcloth. Pat on. Don’t rinse.

Basic Deodorant Powder:  1/2 cup baking soda, 1/2 cup cornstarch, a few drops essential oils such as lavender or cinnamon, or try cedar and sage for men. Place the ingredients in a glass jar. Shake to blend. Sprinkle a light covering of the powder on a damp washcloth. Pat on. Do not rinse.

Basic Liquid Deoderant:1/4 cup each witch hazel extract, aloe vera gel, and mineral water, 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin, a few drops antibacterial essential oils such as lavender, or tea tree. Combine the ingredients in a spray bottle. Shake to blend. Makes 3/4 cup with an indefinite shelf life.

Quick and effective deodorants : Simply put some apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle and apply under the arms. When it dries...its smell is gone. It works for me a minimum of 14 hours. It even cleared up a small mild rash from the regular store deodorant I stopped using.

Perfect Color Collection Suitable To You

When we dress, we are trying to present an image that is pleasing to the eye. We want to receive those compliments that tell us that we look great, because then, and only then, will we believe that we do look great. This allows us to feel good about ourselves. Hence, the hunt for the perfect outfit begins and continues forever.Perhaps one of the most important reasons for having difficulty while selecting an outfit from our wardrobe would be the simple fact that the wardrobe is deficient in outfits that complement our body shape. How many times have you played the try on as many outfits as possible in 30 minutes? Game while looking for the perfect outfit to wear, only to be left with the same decision and a mountain of clothes to put away? The actual problem is not that you have nothing to wear; it is that you have nothing in the closet that flatters your stature.
So for many of us, the decision about what to wear should begin at the origin of purchase. Exactly how should you choose your outfits? Let’s start first by exploring how you currently go about selecting your clothing. You are drawn first by the colors and patterns. Your  judgment are more along the lines of whether or not it will look good on you, without thinking about how will it draw attention to your body shape so that it does look good on you. Color is an important feature, and how we display it is the most important aspect of that. The goal should be to take the attention away from the aspect of our body that is the least gratifying to us and place it elsewhere. In order to accomplish this, we need to consider our body shape, decide which feature we wish to accent more, and discover how to accomplish that.

Some helpful tips:

- Those of you who are top heavy and have a full bust will want to draw the eye to the lower portion of your physique. Wear a bolder color from the waist down, and a softer color above.
- If you are thin everywhere, you will want to accentuate your figure by adding dimension. You can do this by choosing outfits that are loose and flowing, and by wearing horizontal patterns.
- If you are bottom heavy and have full hips, you will want to select clothing that draws the eye to the top of your body. You can accomplish this by wearing a splash of color or a bold print on the upper part of your figure, and a solid, darker color below the waist.
- For those of you who are wide everywhere, you will want to stay away from bold patterns or prints. Draw the eye to the upper portion of your torso to create a focal point.
- Those of you who have the envied luck to have a perfect hourglass figure have the easiest path of all. Wear anything you want! Also, remember that simple clothing that fits well is far better than fancier clothing that just "doesn't look right."

Shehnaz Hussain's Beauty Tips

Take a handful each of dried reetha, amla and shikakai. Soak them in one liter water overnight. Next day, boil the herbs on a low fire till the water reduces by half. Allow the mixture to cool and then strain it with a clean cloth. Use the liquid to wash hair. This quantity should be enough for four to five washes. Chill it. Make small amount at a time.

Pimples areas:

Pimples occur on the oily areas of the skin. Therefore, applying cold cream can lead to further pimples. Mix one part of pure glycerine with four parts of rosewater and keep it in the fridge. Apply it on the face after washing and before applying it, add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Once daily, apply curd mixed with a little turmeric on the complete face, and wash it off with plenty of water after 20 minutes. Apply sandalwood paste on the pimples.

Dandruff:

Twice a week, heat pure coconut oil and apply it on the scalp at night, using cotton wool. Leave it on overnight. Next morning, apply the juice of a lemon on the scalp and wash your hair after half an hour. Apply henna once a week.

Lifeless Hair:

Once or twice a week, heat pure coconut oil and apply it on the scalp and hair. Then dip a towel in hot water, squeeze out the water and wrap the towel around your head like a turban. Keep it on for five minutes. Repeat the hot towel wrap three or four times. This helps the hair and the scalp absorb the oil better. Use a mild herbal shampoo. After each shampoo, apply a conditioner, massaging it lightly into the hair. Leave it on for two minutes before washing it off with water. You can have henna treatment thrice a month, adding four teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, two raw eggs, two teaspoons of oil and enough curd to the henna powder. It will make your hair look healthy and lustrous.

Grey Hair:

Amla is said to check greying. Have the juice of one raw amla after adding it to a glass of water. Also try adding amla to the henna powder. Henna turns white hair reddish brown. It will not colour dark hair. Soak a handful of dry amla in about two cups of water overnight. Next morning, strain the water, but do not throw the water away. Grind the amla. To the henna powder, add the ground amla, four teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, two raw eggs and enough amla water, so that the henna can be mixed into a thick paste. Apply it on the hair, covering the entire head. Keep it on for two hours and wash it off with water. It will also add shine and substance to the hair. Ask your doctor to prescribe Vitamins B-Complex and C.

Oily Hair, Hair Loss:

Excessive oiliness of the scalp can lead to hair loss. Wash your hair daily, using very little shampoo-one teaspoon for long hair and half teaspoon for short hair. Dilute it with a little water and use it. After washing, add the juice of a lemon to half a mug of water and use it as a last rinse. Have henna treatment once a week. Add four teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, two raw eggs and enough tea water to the henna powder and mix it into a thick paste. Apply it on the hair and wash it off after an hour. If you do not wish to use egg, add more tea water. For tea water, boil used tealeaves in water. Cool and strain before using. Include fresh fruits, raw salads and vegetate in your daily diet. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water. Add the juice of a lemon to a glass of water and have it first thing in the morning.

Dry, Lifeless Skin:

Use a facial scrub once a week. For very dry skin, avoid soap and use a cleansing gel or cream. For the body, use a mild, glycerin soap. Apply sesame seed oil on the body before your bath. Mix honey with egg yolk and a little milk and apply it daily on the face, washing it off with plain water after 20 minutes. At night, apply a good nourishing cream and massage it on the face with a few drops of water. Wipe it off with moist cotton wool. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out in the sun. Til oil actually has sunscreen properties, but it is better to use a sunscreen lotion for proper protection. Aloe Vera is a powerful moisturizer and an anti-oxidant. It helps keep the skin soft and healthy. It is better to use moisturizers and creams containing aloe vera.

Double Chin:

Exercises — open your mouth as wide as you can. Hold this position for about 10 seconds, then relax your mouth, and repeat the exercise a few more times. For faster results, add resistance by placing a tennis ball underneath your chin, while testing your jaw span. Sleeping without a pillow is said to help. Also, you can massage the area daily with a cream. Start from the chin and go downwards using both hands, one hand following the other.

Oily T-Zone:

Either buy a facial scrub or mix rice powder with curd and use it as a scrub. You may add a little turmeric if you wish. Apply the scrub on the face, rubbing gently with small circular movements. Leave it on for five minutes and then wash it off. This will keep the pores free of clogged oil. Once daily, at any time, mix one teaspoon of honey with one teaspoon of lemon juice and egg white and apply it on the oily areas, washing it off after 20 minutes.

Glowing Skin:

After cleansing, wipe the face with rose water, using cotton wool and then pat it briskly. Use a face mask once or twice a week. You can make a mask at home with two teaspoons of choker, one teaspoon of oatmeal or ground almonds and one teaspoon each of curd, honey and egg white. Apply it on the face and wash it off after 20-30 minutes.

Thin Waist:

Join a gym or health club and lose weight under professional guidance. Or, practise yoga daily. You can also do the following exercises after seeking your doctor’s advice. First, lie on the floor on your back, feet together and arms at the sides. Lift your legs about six inches above the ground and hold this position for a count of ten. Then lower your legs to the floor. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times and increase gradually. Then, keep lying on the floor, the same way. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor. Raise your body to a half-sitting position, holding your arms stretched out before you. Lower your body to the floor and repeat 3 or 4 times. Take a look at your eating habits. Avoid eating desserts after meals and stick to fresh fruits. Take clear soups (without butter) and salads before the main dish. Avoid rich gravies. Cut down on your intake of cereals. For example, if you have been eating three chapatis, eat only two. Or, eat only one cup of cooked rice. Eat fresh fruits, salads, sprouts, curd and paneer made from skimmed milk and lightly cooked vegetables. If you feel like a snack, eat fruit, carrot or cucumber.

Combination Skin, Pimples:

In combination skins, usually the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) is oily, while the rest of the face is dry. Pimples on the forehead can occur due to oiliness of the skin. You should wash the face only twice a day with a medicated soap. After washing, wipe the oily areas with rose water mixed with an astringent lotion in equal quantities. Use this two or three times a day. Avoid applying besan or multani mitti as they can sometimes clog the pores and cause pimples, blackheads or whiteheads, especially in pimple-prone skin. Add a little turmeric to curd and apply daily on the face, washing it off well with water after 20 minutes. Add a few drops of rose water to sandalwood paste and apply on the forehead and areas with spots. Keep it on for at least one hour.

Dry Skin:

If you wish to use soap, you can try a mild glycerine soap and see if it suits your skin. You should keep your skin well moisturised during the day, or if you are going out in the sun, apply a sunscreen. At night, use a nourishing cream, massaging it on the skin for two to three minutes. Massage the forehead too, starting from the bridge of the nose and using both hands. Go upwards and then in an arc on either side, go towards the temples. Wipe off with moist cotton wool. Once daily, mix one teaspoon honey with egg white and apply on the skin, washing off with plain water after 20 minutes.

Blackheads:

The daily use of a facial scrub will help. You can either buy a facial scrub, or you can mix rice powder with curd or rose water and use as a facial scrub. Apply on the face and rub gently on the skin using small circular movements. Concentrate on the blackhead prone areas. Leave on for five minutes and then wash off with water. Once daily, mix honey and lemon juice in equal quantities with egg white and apply on the face, washing it off after 20 minutes.

Eye Shadow May Enhance Your Eye Beauty

Applying eye shadow can be a little tricky. But it needn't be if you know the tricks involved.
- Before you start, powdered eyelid with a moistened brush and a little face powder. This will help to prevent your shadow from melting.
- Choose three shades in the same color family - light, medium and a darker shade for contras.
- Apply the lightest shade on the entire lid from brow to lash line.
- The medium shade is going to bring out the color of your eyes. Apply from lash line to just above the crease.
- The darkest color is going to be applied close to the lashes. Dampen the brush and then pick up a little color. Distort it in around the lash base. If you have bags underneath your eyes, you might want to only line the top lashes.

Highlight Your Eyes

- Use a touch of gold shadow on the brow bone to make your eyes look even brighter. You can use powder or one of those fat pencils. I have even used that liquid highlighter in a bottle and it gives good results too.
- You might notice a tendency for your lids to appear somewhat creepy. This makes shadow application more difficult. To counteract this, stay away from bright colors. Subtlety is what you are looking for at this point, as softer colors are far more flattering and less aging.
- Pearly shades are great for highlighting the brow bone and opening up the eye area.

There is no limit as far as varieties in Pakistani bridal dresses are concerned. This is because every part of Pakistan manufactures its own peculiar style in terms of the weaves, embroidery and fabric. The most expensive are considered the south silk ones that are woven with pure gold. In fact it is said that if one had to remove the gold threads and melt them then anything from a few grams to almost a kilo of gold can be produced.

Today Pakistani wedding dresses  have a lot of work done on them. Zari, embroidery, organza, zardozi, sequins, cut work, mirror work, patchwork, pearl work, kundan, are all different kinds of work, which beautify the sari. The ghaghra choli and Lehnga are more commonly used as wedding dresses. The ghaghra is a long skirt and the choli is a short blouse that leaves the naval open. There is a long fabric, rectangular in shape that is tucked in the right hand side of the skirt so that it falls from the right shoulder to cover the choli and to give a pleasant look.
The way of dressing, the food habits, language, differs from place to place. There is also variety in the way Pakistani marriages are celebrated. Amongst the common wedding dresses worn in Pakistan is the Ghagra Choli or Lehnga.

Remove Body Hair For Smooth, Silky Skin

Whether it's long, short, straight, or curly, your body hair is important. It protects skin from dirt and germs, provides stifling for your sensitive parts, lessens the friction between skin and clothes, and holds in heat to keep you warm when you need it, which leads to more illuminating clothes. Body hair even helps provide a delicate dating service by retaining your unique personal scent - conveyed by chemicals called pheromones - which helps a potential mate become attracted to you.

Sometime after puberty, your body starts developing hair in places that were probably baby smooth just a few short months before: around your genitals, under your arms, on your legs, and (for guys) on your face and neck. Many guys find it exciting to start growing body and facial hair. It's a sign that they're changing from boys to men. Some people choose to keep their new hair - they like how it looks, their partner prefers it, or they leave it for religious reasons, among others. But other people prefer to bleach, trim, or completely remove hair from some parts of their bodies.

No matter what you decide, you've got plenty of options for dealing with your own body hair. We've compiled a list with pros and cons for each choice. If you know the facts making this personal decision won't be so hairy!
-  Leave it.This is the easiest option of all - just sit back, and let it grow! You get all the benefits of having the hair, and you don't have to spend time or money trying to get rid of it. However, some people find that armpit hair can encourage the growth of bacteria there, leading to body.
- Bleach or dissolve it. Chemical bleaches lighten hair so it's hard to see. Depilatories dissolve hair so it washes away. Both are good for places not only where you'd rather not have hair, but also where hair removal is difficult (for example, the upper lip or lower back). Both are easy to apply but can irritate sensitive skin. They're available at any drugstore, but they aren't cheap.
- Shave it. Shaving hair is inexpensive and easy. The downside is that you're scraping a very sharp blade across delicate skin - be careful, or you could be in for some serious cuts.
- Pluck or wax it. Pulling hair out by the roots leaves you smoother longer - it can take weeks for hair to grow back. However, it can also be painful, and some hairs can come back ingrown (growing beneath the skin).
- Shock it. Electrolysis removes hair by killing its roots with an electrical current. It's permanent - once the hair is killed, it never grows back. However, electrolysis can be painful, and sometimes leads to blemishing. It can also be expensive. Because each hair has to be shocked individually, some areas of the body can take several hours to treat!
- Zap it. Laser hair removal is also permanent. Because whole parts of the body can be treated at once, it's much quicker than electrolysis. Pain is minimal, and skin heals quickly. However, according to dermatologists not all lasers can be used on everyone. Treatments are costly. Most people need two-to-six sessions to completely remove hair.

Daily Fashion pitfalls

Smart dressing is very important if only because what clothes we wear and how we actually wear them tells a lot about the kind of people we are. They say that clothes make the man, or woman, as in our case, and it is indeed true.
We do not have to be fashion leader or runway models to be able to look the part of the smart dresser. Most of the time, all it takes is to be neat, clean and presentable, and to be presentable, you have to use a bit of common sense and to avoid these everyday fashion pitfalls. You may find some of them funny, but woe to you if you are found guilty of such errors. Read on, learn and enjoy.

The everyday fashion pitfalls that you should avoid include:
- Wearing outfits that are see-through:  We always hear that less is more, and that adage is definitely applicable here. The less skin seen on you is oftentimes a lot better than baring it all. A touch of modesty does not hurt. Besides, wearing see-through clothes make you look on the slutty side, so it is best to shy away from them altogether.
- Carrying a belly bulge:  Even the slimmest women can be bust by wearing pants or skirts that are too tight at the waist. A waistband that is too tight pushes up the flesh of the abdomen, and it is quite ugly to look at. How can you breathe when your pants or skirt is too tight? Make sure that the waist of your bottom garment fits just right not too tight and not even snug.
- Dragging hemlines for pants: Do the turn-up of your pant legs get caught in your shoes when you are walking? The solution to this problem is to have the legs of your pants sewn in such a way that when you are wearing mules and such footwear, they are long enough not to get caught in.
- Grip in the sleeves:  Sweaters have become a necessity in cold. These nice, warm sweaters have really bulky sleeves. If you are going to wear a jacket or a coat over them, make sure that the sleeves of this jacket or coat are wide enough to accommodate those massive sleeves.
- Showing sweat stains:  Sweat stains are very unsightly. If your clothes have them on the underarms and they would not come out with washing, consider wearing these clothes for doing heavy chores like yard work instead. If you have a problem with your sweating, use a deodorant and consult a doctor.

Perfect Purse for your personality

Some of us underestimate the power of the purse. I do not mean this in the economic or the financial sense. What I meant to say is that most of us women consider the purse as something to hold whatever items we need to carry with us whenever we go out.

But the thing is, beyond being a container for our lipstick, our car keys, wallet, and all those things we could not possibly survive a trip outside our houses without, a purse is a fashion accessory, and a powerful one at that too. A purse underscores your look and highlights the curves of the body. We may not realize it, but whoever looks at us most likely gets his or her eyes drawn first to the purse we are carrying. Therefore, a purse can build your look up or demolish it entirely.

Thankfully, finding the perfect purse that will flatter the body is not as hard as we thought it is. The key to finding the perfect purse is proportion: you should always match your purse with the size and shape of your body. The general rule is that large bags go with large bodies, while small bags go with small bodies.

If you are short and slim in build, you should pick a bag that is small and holds close to the body. Never get a big purse because it will drown you and make you appear lost beside it.

If you are the type that is tall and thin, a medium-sized bag will work best for you. In choosing a shoulder bag, though, pick something that fits nice and close under your arm and against your waist. Bags like that will create the illusion of curves on your lean body and will draw the eyes to your face.

Ladies with big hips will want to draw the eyes to the face and away from their lower bodies as well. The kind of bags that will do that trick for them are shoulder bags that hang just above the hips.

On the other hand, ladies with top-heavy figures will want to draw attention to their legs instead of to their upper bodies. Messenger bags, bags that have long straps or perhaps a handbag will do that for them. The size of the bag that will work best for top-heavy ladies is the slightly large one.

Plus size girls should stay away from bags that are too small; bags that are too small will only make them look bigger. They should avoid shoulder bags, but instead go for bags that are just a tad wider.

If you have that perfect hourglass figure, then any kind of bag is perfect for you. Any bag you choose would be flattering to your body. However, remember that the rules on proportion still apply even to ladies with the perfect curves. Do not get a bag that is too large or too small for your body.

Always remember that proportion is the rule for finding the perfect purse. Keep this in mind and the perfect purse will never be hard to find.

Make Up Your Eyes for Evening

When evening calls for a glamorous look, you want to focus on making your eyes amazing. Here are eight simple steps to making up your eyes for evening.
   1. Prep your eyes with concealer. Concealer can be used to cover up under eye circles or just the bluish discoloration just under your inner eye. To cover dark under eye circles, apply three dots of concealer under each eye. Start at the inner corner where skin tends to be darkest, then under the pupil and the third on the outer edge.
   2. Apply eye base to your lid Eye base is the secret to keeping your shadow in place for hours. Without properly priming your lid first, your eye shadow will likely end up a greasy line in your crease.
   3. Apply shadow. It's great to use a three-toned shadow and build from lids to brow. Allowing them to merge into each other like a rainbow is graceful. Start with a light color that almost matches your lid. brush the color across the lid and up to your browbone. Follow with a medium color across your lid only. Build on this with a darker color in the crease. Blend the colors well.
   4. Follow with eyeliner Dark eyeshadows work great as eyeliners. Wet a slanted brush, and then dip in a dark eyeshadow. Line eyes as close to the upper lashes as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner. Follow with liner on bottom eyes, but only line from the middle of the eye out. Smudge the bottom line with a Q-tip or your finger. You don't want a prominent line. For a smokey eye, use a brush to pat in a dark eyeshadow along the upper lid and below the lid. You don't want a stark line, instead you want to blend it so it's 'smudge-y.'
   5. Brighten your eyes with a highlighter. This step involves only the inside part of the eye. With a gold or pink highlighter (white is too bright), draw a v-shaped shape that follows the inner corner of your eye from top to bottom. Blend with your fingers. This will help make eyes 'pop.'
   6. Highlight your brow Take the same highlighter and dab it on your browbone, concentrating on your mid-brow outward. Blend with your finger.
   7. Curl lashes An eyelash curler will make even long lashes look more gorgeous. For added effect, you can heat the curler under a blowdryer for a couple seconds. Test curler before applying to lashes because you could burn yourself.
   8. Apply mascara Place the wand of your mascara brush at the bottom of lashes and wiggle back and forth. Follow with another few sweeps of the wand. Apply to bottom lashes as well.

Give Your Hands A French Manicure

STEP 1
It's essential to prepare your hands and nails before applying nail polish. First, exfoliate your hands by massaging them using a small amount of body scrub. Rinse with water and dry carefully. One of the main causes of chapped hands is not drying them properly after washing.

STEP 2
File your nails. If they are brittle or tend to split, keep them flat across the top with smooth, rounded edges. When filing, move in one direction, from outer corner to centre-sawing movements can damage the nail cover. Choose a nail file with a fine surface that glides over the nail.

STEP 3
Coat hands in a layer of sweet almond oil, to support and soften, then wrap in a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Unwrap, and gently push back cuticles using a rubber hoof stick (available from most chemists). Never use cuticle clippers, as they can cut the skin. Rinse hands with warm water and dry thoroughly to remove any excess oil.

STEP 4
Apply one coat of base coat over your entire nail and allow a couple of minutes to dry. This will help strengthen the nail. Some products also level fine ridges and imperfections, leaving a smooth surface to apply polish. There's a wide range of base coats to choose from.

STEP 5
For a square look, paint a straight line across the tips; for a rounded appearance, follow the curve of the nail; and to get a pointed style, paint in from each side to the centre. Some manicure kits include sticky strips to use as a guide. When applying, lay your hand on a flat surface and keep the ball of your painting hand steady and keep the ball of your painting hand steady by resting it on the same surface. Leave to dry.

STEP 6
Finally, apply a coat of translucent shell-pink nail polish over the entire nail to seal the whitened tip and complete the look. Allow 10 minutes for it to dry. For extra shine and protection, apply a clear, glossy top coat.

Treatment to get rid of Pimples

CLEAN
Wash your face with a mild, oil- and fragrance-free cleanser; preferably a nondetergent one labeled pH balanced. If you have oily skin all over your face, use a cleanser that contains benzoil peroxide or salicylic acid. Don't scrub - irritated skin swells around the pores, which can cause breakouts. Skip toner unless your face is very oily, otherwise it might dry out the skin.
TREAT
Apply a relevant acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid over your entire face, not just where blemishes have already erupted. At night, use a drying spot-treatment product and dab oil-free moisturizer on dry areas. In the morning, apply an oil-free sunscreen gel over the whole face.

CONCEAL
Use a small makeup brush to dab concealer or cream foundation in the exact same shade as your skin directly onto the blemish. Use a fingertip to wipe away excess concealer around the blemish and, if necessary, apply another coat of concealer. If the makeup becomes cakey, carefully wipe it off and start over. Tenderly brush powder (in the exact same shade as your skin) on top of the concealer.

TRICKS OF THE TRADE:
- If you have oily skin and feel that you need toner, apply it only on the T-zone, and rinse it off afterward. Use a clay mask as often as every three days to absorb excess oil.

- To stop redness and swelling in an emergency situation (job interview, wedding), ask your doctor for a cortisone injection. It calms down a pimple almost instantly.

- If you can't get to your dermatologist, temporarily reduce redness and swelling by dabbing on a drop of drugstore cortisone cream, Preparation H, or Vasocon-A eyedrops.

Lighten Up Your Complexion

Dark spots, and freckles, and skin-damage -Want to lighten your complexion? Every shade of skin is beautiful, but as we grow older our skin tone can change. Freckles may appear, dark spots can start, and skin may not be as light as it once was. So, if you're still not ready to squeeze your dark side, read on for a few natural whitening tips and tricks.
Use Sunblock
One of the easiest ways to stay fair is to use sunblock on a daily basis. Find a moisturizer that includes an SPF of 15 or higher and use it every morning after washing your face. Sunblock not only prevents your skin from getting darker, but also blocks harmful UV rays that can cause cancer and early aging. Remember your hands when applying sunblock, as they are a main area for age spots.
Exfoliate
Exfoliating once a week will remove dead skin cells to lighten and brighten your skin. Mix two tablespoons oatmeal and two tablespoons brown sugar with a quarter cup of milk, and stir until a paste forms. Gently scrub your face, rinse, and moisturize.
Make a Herbal Mask
A homemade mask is a great way to lighten your skin and a good excuse to kick back on the couch. Try using one once a week. Use one tablespoon of each of the following: sandalwood paste, lemon juice, tomato juice, and cucumber juice. Mix them all together to form a paste. Spread the mixture on your face and wait until it dries. Rinse and moisturize for a natural glow.
Licorice Extract
Licorice extract contains glabridin, a component that acts as a natural skin whitener. Apply a thin layer of the extract morning and evening, after you wash your face and before you moisturize. Licorice extract can be found at any health food store. Be sure to store the bottle in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness.
Note: test a small amount on the back of your arm before using on your face to be sure you do not have an allergic reaction.
Remember to love your skin no matter what color it is. It's a part of who you are and that's what makes you beautiful and distinctive.

How important are Nail Files for manicure

Nail file is an integral part of a manicure set of every woman. Nail files are used for both grinding and buffing and giving shape to nails. That is why they have different graininess. Every woman of fashion should distinguish between different nail files and have in her arsenal a few types of nail files.

What Nail File Should You Choose?

Nail files with coarse granularity are used for handling acrylic nails. To look after your natural nails it is forbidden to use metal files. It is better to use nail files on rubberized or cardboard base. But if you are used to metal nail files, it is better to use fine-grained files of semicircle shape.

Nail File Types

Nail files could be:
  • diamond
  • ruby
  • ceramic
  • sapphire
It is the best to use two sided ceramic nail file. One side is for the initial grinding down and nail shaping; the finer side is for smoothing out the edges.

How to Use Nail Files

For shortening the nails coarse-grained nail files are used, while for shaping the nails fine grained nail files are the best choice. It is important to remember that only dry nails can be grinded down, and that a nail file should move only in one direction; from the edges to the center or along the straight line. This prevents exfoliation of the nails.

How to Make Your Nails Shine

Nail shininess is achieved with the help of special nail buffers. They are often sold in a set and are numbered according to the stage of buffering.

6 Natural Hair Damage Cause

We used to do mess with our hairs by doing experiments. We are going to simplify things and look at the 6 biggest things not to do with your hair:

1. You're Not Getting Regular Trims

This is definitely the number 1 mistake most people make when it comes to their hairstyle. You may think that not getting regular trims will save you money and help you gain length, but the truth is, without regular trims, your long locks will:

    - lose shape and give your hairstyle a very bad appearance
    -  become unruly and riotous
    -  become unhealthy and split at the ends- this will make it impossible to ever have a longer hairstyle

Any of these issues will definitely cost you more in the long run. Regular trims are essential for keeping your hair healthy and keeping it looking great. And remember too, to keep the cost down, try spacing out your appointments for a trim.

2. You're doing Color or Cuts Yourself, or You're Letting a Friend Do Them for You

The second biggest mistake that you make with your hair is to attempt a color or cut yourself at home. Telling you right now, it will never measure up to the finish that you'd receive from a professional hairstylist. Even hairstylists don't attempt to do their own hair, and unless you have a friend who is a hairstylist, getting someone else to color or cut your hair for you will most likely end up a complete disaster that costs you more money to fix. For the sake of your hair and to avoid any stress, leave color and cuts to the professionals.

3. You're Not Using the Right Products for Your Hair or Scalp Type

Not using the right products for your hair or scalp type cause hair damage. Most people don't believe that this is really that important, but they couldn't be further from the truth. The wrong product not only stops your hair from being as healthy as it can, but it also prevents you from making full use of your natural hair type and texture, meaning that it can harm any hairstyles you try to create. Imagine how much better your naturally curly locks would look if you used products for curly hair that are designed specially to lock-in the moisture; or, if you had fine hair and you used products containing carbohydrates to add body (such as hair thickening shampoo). Certain conditions too, such as dry and flaky scalps, or excessively oily hair, also require the appropriate products to keep them under control.

4. You're Using Too Much Heat When Styling and Not Giving Your Hair a Break

Don't be fooled: hair straighteners, curling irons and blow-dryers are essential tools for creating great hairstyles, but they do damage your hair if used every day and if not used correctly. You should always:

    - research and compare styling utensils to find the best technology available for the price you can afford
    -  follow manufacturers' recommendations and instructions about how to use these tools
    -  use a heat protection product to avoid a major mishap
    -  avoid heat styling all together for a few days to give your hair a break (your locks will thank you for it)

5. You Don't Have a Basic Hair Care Routine

Having a basic hair care routine is simple and easy to achieve, but so many people just don't manage it. Not having a basic hair care routine will leave you with lifeless locks and a head of hair that is far from impressive. To avoid limp and lifeless hair, start your own routine by:

    - gently brushing every day to encourage blood flow to the scalp and oil distribution through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair
    -  using shampoo and conditioner every other day, as well as the appropriate styling product
    -  using a daily moisturizer to keep the ends of your hair sealed
    -  applying a 20 minute treatment once a week to keep your mane looking its best

6. You Often Get the Latest Looks Even if They Don't Suit Your Lifestyle or Needs

There's nothing wrong with following trends! But realistically, insisting on having the latest cut or color when they just don't suit you face shape, hair texture, lifestyle or styling time and needs is going to be more hassle than they're worth. Don't blindly follow fashion. Instead, be smart, do your research to find a new hairstyle that complements all your personal requirements (you can even try on hairstyles virtually using your own photo, which totally takes the conjecture out of choosing a new style and promotes better communication between your stylist and you).

Enhance Your Looks with Red color

Many women are afraid of wearing the color red because they believe that red is a color that is hard to pull off. Nothing screams the word “sexy” louder than wearing the color red, and some women just find it hard to deal with.

It takes attitude and ultimate confidence to be able to wear the color red with flair. A woman who manages to do it with style is always seen to be as hot as the color she is wearing. And why not? Hot, she definitely is.

If you do not feel comfortable with wearing an all-red get-up, start with small touches until you get used to being clad in the color red. With even just a small touch, a spot of red is vibrant enough to give life to what would otherwise look as a drab outfit.

If you have to wear a conservative suit to, say, a business meeting or a client call, you can liven up your outfit by wearing a pair of high-heeled red pumps. This will work exceptionally well with a knee-length, pencil-cut skirt and will draw eyes to your shapely legs.

On days that you feel too lazy to put some effort into dressing, match your beat-up jeans and loose tee with a red wristwatch. That is instant style with zero effort. A red wristwatch also looks smashing on an all-black ensemble.

Going to a party and tired of wearing your little black dress? Opt for a smashing red dress instead. Wearing a red dress to a party will guarantee you at least a grand entrance.

Painting your nails red for a hot date is also a brilliant idea. You can say a lot of things with just your hands; why not make an exclamation point with your fingernails? Red-painted nails are very chic and very sexy, and few men can resist the allure of a woman wearing red.

Care for some red sleeping garments? Red sleepwear can be very pretty. Despite whatever notions you may have concerning red sleepwear, there are actually some items out there that come in styles that are simple enough to wear on ordinary nights. They are pretty comfortable too. Even if you are going to spend the night by your lonesome, you can at least enjoy the fact that you are wearing something nice to sleep. If you are spending the night with someone, wearing red sleepwear can be very fun and sassy, and can lead to some nocturnal adventures for you and your partner.

Fancy wearing something casual with just a touch of vibrancy? Wear a red top. Again, it is an example of instant style with zero effort.

A word of caution, though. Red is a powerful color and red can stand for itself. Bear in mind that too much of a good thing is bad, and too much red can overpower you. Wear red, but keep it nice and simple. The color itself is an accessory all its own.
